Privacy Policy

Information we use
- Accounts: Firebase Authentication processes your email and password, Google sign-in details, or phone number and verification code. We use your account identifier, display name, profile image when available, and verification status. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication, not displayed to other members.
- Community content: stream links, titles, channel information, thumbnails, comments, chat messages, subscriptions to channels, and moderation actions. We also store community-rule acceptance, your blocked-member list, and submitted content reports. Reports are available to StreamCast administrators; your blocked-member list is private to your account. Posts, channel names and counts, and discussion content may be visible to other members.
- Activity and preferences: app opens, views, interactions, watched-time signals, likes, saved links, followed channels and personalization settings. These support recommendations, view counts, service analytics and moderation. Administrators can access app activity and moderation records.
- Notifications: if enabled, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token and notification preferences to deliver channel-post alerts.
- Purchases: Google Play processes payment details. We receive subscription purchase tokens and subscription status to verify Premium access. StreamCast does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Technical data: network requests expose your IP address and device/request information to the services they contact. Firebase, Google Play and advertising services may process technical identifiers and diagnostic information to operate and secure their services.
Casting and media
Device discovery uses your local network. Casting sends the selected media address or media data to your chosen compatible receiver. Screen-sharing features require Android permission and may transmit the screen and permitted audio to the chosen receiver. Do not share a screen containing information you do not want that receiver to display. Our app does not intentionally store screen recordings in the StreamCast cloud backend.
YouTube, Twitch, Kick and other linked media services process requests under their own policies. External players, embedded pages and receivers may collect information independently. StreamCast does not control provider-inserted advertisements.
Advertising and service providers
StreamCast uses Google AdMob and Google's consent tools. The advertising SDK may process IP-based approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, fraud prevention and service operation. Beta builds may display test ads. Where available, use Ad privacy choices in My Library to review your choices. Premium removes advertisements served by StreamCast; it does not remove advertisements included by a media provider.
Google Firebase provides authentication, cloud storage of app records, backend processing and notifications. Google Play provides billing and app distribution. Data may be processed in countries other than your own. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete your own posts, change supported recommendation settings, reset recommendation history, and disable channel notifications. Channel owners and administrators can moderate content and access.
Request deletion of your StreamCast account and associated data, or contact RealCashEnt@gmail.com for access, correction or other privacy requests. We verify ownership before handling account requests. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Retention and security
Account and community records are retained while needed to provide the service, until you remove supported content or request deletion. Records are not all automatically deleted on a fixed schedule. A verified deletion request covers the account, profile, posts, discussions, saved preferences, recommendation signals and notification tokens associated with it. Limited transaction, security or abuse-prevention records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons; we will explain any applicable exception when handling your request. Google Play maintains its own transaction records. Deleting a StreamCast account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Access controls limit member and administrator operations. Cloud services use their transport security, but local receiver protocols vary and no system can guarantee absolute security. Only cast on a network and to a receiver you trust.
Adults only
StreamCast is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request review and removal.
