Delete your account and data

To request deletion of your StreamCast account and associated data, email RealCashStudios at RealCashEnt@gmail.com with the subject StreamCast account deletion request.

1. Send the request from your account email when possible. Identify your StreamCast channel name. If you used phone sign-in, identify that sign-in method so we can arrange ownership verification.
2. State that you want your StreamCast account and associated data deleted. You can also request deletion of specific data instead.
3. We will verify account ownership and respond with the next steps. Never send your password, one-time verification code, or payment-card information.

This request covers your account, profile, posts, discussions, saved preferences, recommendation signals and notification tokens. Limited transaction, security or abuse-prevention records may be retained where needed; any applicable exception will be explained in the response.

Subscriptions are separate. Account deletion does not cancel recurring Google Play billing. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play.

You do not need to install the app to submit a request. Read the privacy policy.
